CANCELLATION POLICY

Group 1 - 8 persons:

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event.

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event.

Group 9+ persons:

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event.

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 45 days or less before the event.

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event.

  1. The chase can be extended past midnight if conditions are suitable. Alternative times are also available to coincide with the best auroras and weather forecasts.

  2. Like the weather, we have no control over the Northern Lights, and cannot guarantee their visibility.

  3. However, with our support and equipment, your chances of an Aurora encounter are increased significantly.
