Key Information:
Role: Offline Sales Incoming Tour Operator (B2B and B2C)
Products: Travel packages and services including accommodation, transfers, transportation, activities, and guiding services.
Workplace: Primarily remote work with the option for a 1-2 month in-office experience at our main office in Levi, Finnish Lapland.
Main Working Language:
English, with knowledge of other languages as a significant advantage.

STG is a renowned Destination Management Company (DMC) and incoming tour operator specializing in Lapland and Scandinavia. With over 17 years of industry expertise, STG has built a stellar reputation for providing intelligent and friendly customer service in Lapland.
What We Seek:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years working in sales within the tour operator or travel agency industry in Finland or Scandinavian destinations.
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1).
Skills: High-level of self-discipline and precision, strong calculation skills, task-driven attitude,
and exceptional teamwork capabilities.
Flexibility: Ability to travel or relocate for 1-2 months each year to Finnish Lapland.
Curiosity: Eagerness to learn and update your knowledge of sales destination products.
Duties:
Manage a full cycle of sales cases, from client interaction to operational execution.
Maintain close client relationships, providing support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Facilitate the ordering of travel services, collaborating both with supplier chains and the company's operations team.
Handle customer and supplier billing, managing customer accounts and ensuring accuracy.
Provide comprehensive sales reports to company management.
Participate in training sessions, both remotely and within our sales destinations.
Engage in familiarization trips (fam-trips) to sales destinations to deepen your knowledge.
